Rules & How to Enter
To celebrate the launch of BrentGiving.org, we’re running a community photo competition and we want to see your vision of Brent in action.
📅 Key Dates
Deadline to submit: 30th September 2025
👥 Who Can Enter
Anyone who lives, works, studies, or volunteers in Brent
Open to all ages
(Under 18s will need consent from a parent or guardian)
No photography experience needed!
📷 How to Submit
-You can send only one (1) photo person
- Files must be JPEG or PNG, and no more than 10MB each
🚫 No Clear Faces (Side Profiles Are Fine)
To protect people’s privacy and keep the competition inclusive:
- Photos must not show clear, front-facing faces
- Side profiles or people from behind are allowed.
- Photos that include clear, direct face shots will not be accepted.
🎯 Theme: Brent in Action
Show us what the community looks like
That could be:
- Volunteers at work (from behind, in silhouette, or side profile)
- Local events and shared spaces
- Street scenes, murals, tools, or objects
- Acts of kindness, teamwork, or local pride
We’re looking for photos that tell a story of togetherness, energy, and action in Brent.
💷 The Prize
- £100 cash prize for the winning photo
- Selected photos may be featured on BrentGiving.org, in exhibitions, or in future campaigns with credit given.

- Creative way of showing people or places without clear faces
- Tells a story or creates an emotional response
- Well-composed and clear image
📜 The Small Print
By entering, you give Brent Giving permission to share your photo (with credit) on our website, social media, and printed materials
- No AI-generated images
- No offensive or unlawful content
- Entries with direct, front-facing faces will not be accepted
